Service & Parts After-Hours Services

Should you need to drop off your vehicle at a time outside of our regular business hours, we have an envelope mailbox outside of the services department where you may state your needs and drop off your keys. We will write the order first thing on the next business day before we even open our doors.

If you need to pick up your vehicle after business hours, just let us know ahead of time and we will make the proper arrangements.

Servicing GM and Most Other Makes & Models

Just because we are a Chevrolet car dealership doesn't mean that we limit our service and parts to Chevys only. We service all makes and models.

Parts Choices

We offer genuine GM parts of which most come with a 12,000 mile / 12 month warranty when installed in our shop. If you would like to use a non-GM part or accessory per your request, we may be able to accomodate you.

Lifetime Warranties

In addition to our standard warranties, many of our parts come with a limited lifetime warranty when used on customer paid, or extended warranty paid repairs in our shop. This means that once you pay for a covered repair, you'll never again pay for the part or labor as long as you own the vehicle.

The list of covered items includes: water pumps, alternators, starter motors, ignition wire sets, ignition modules and coils, hub-bearing assemblies, shocks and McPherson struts, a/c compressors, condensors and accumulators.

When choosing replacement parts, many of our items come with a lifetime part warranty after the twelve-month labor warranty expires. This includes hood and trunk gas-filled supprts, mufflers, as well as rack and pinion steering gears. Our durastop brand of brake pads comes with a one-time free replacement. You'll only pay for the labor. Who doesn't like a free brake job?

Engines, Transmissions & Transfer Cases

Although all 2007 and newer Chevrolet cars and light duty trucks come with a 5 year / 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, at some point in time you may have the need to replace major assembly on an older model. A genuine GM Goodwrench engine or transmission comes with a 3 year / 100,000 mile warranty on both parts and labor.

If you sell your vehicle before the warranty expires, then the warranty transfers to the new owner at no additional cost. Simply pass along the original repair order.

Tires, Tires & More Tires!

Most shoppers don't consider the new car dealers as a place to buy tires with the thought that they might be too expensive. Maxie Price Chevrolet is breaking that mold by offering tires at employee cost, which means lower prices for our customers. We'll also provide you with free tire rotation for the life of the tires. If for some reason you find a lower price on new tires in the area, just let us know and we will do our best to beat them.

Road Hazard Coverage

Many customers choose to purchase road hazard insurance for their tires. Smart shoppers realize that if a tire becomes unrepairable, replacing it can be very expensive without road hazard coverage.

We offer road hazard coverage for only $12.75 oer tire, and it is good for 3 years from time of purchase. This price includes unlimited plugging and patching, as well as a limited one-time replacement of the tire if it cannot be repaired. There is no pro-rate charge.

The coverage is good on new tires, as well as tires that had been previously purchased as long as there is a useable amount of tread left on them. This offer is also good for tires purchased at other tire store locations. Nationwide service is available.

Good, Better, Best!

We realize that not everyone has the same budget. Many of our services are offered at different levels, providing a flexible option that fits your personal budget. Take for example a radiator system service: our best service includes quality brand chemicals to clean and protect your engine's cooling system.

When used at certain intervals, depending on the age and mileage of your vehicle, you will be protected against failures.

Rental Vehicles & Shuttle Service

We realize that transportation needs are very important when choosing a service center. That's why we'll always try to accomodate you and your schedule. All of our maintenance services can be performed while you wait, as well as some repairs. Should you need to leave your vehicle for the day or overnight, we do offer rental vehicles at very low prices.

Servicing & Today's Electronics

Today's vehicles are comprised of more electronic components than you could imagine. Some of these have to be reset when performing regular maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations and replacements. Many independant service centers and chain stores don't have the equipment to properly reset your vehicle's computer. We have the right know-how and equipment to manage all of your electronics and sensors.

Detailing

We offer a range of detailing services from light clean-ups to full shampoo and polishing services. Keep your vehicle looking great and have it done all in one stop when you get your vehicle serviced. We recomend appointments to help expedite your vehicle through our shop.

Our shop is equipped with the latest in well-trained people, state-of-the-art equipment and tools. We have ASE Certified Technicians, several GM Master Technicians, as well as a couple of GM World-Class Technicians, which is very rare. Most dealers don't even have one GM World Class Technician.
